Selena Gomez was ready to scoop up her very first Moonman at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards, showing how much she’s grown in a sultry yet sophisticated Atelier Versace gown. With all the glitz from her gown, the pop star and actress kept her strands simple and sleek with help from celeb stylist Lona Vigi who shared how to nab the look for your own red carpet moment:
To start, Vigi combined John Frieda’s Frizz-Ease Serum Original Formula with the Straight Fixation Smoothing Crème to Gomez’s wet hair for high shine with zero frizz. Next she flipped the brunette beauty’s head upside down and blew her strands out straight using the new Harry Josh Pro Tools Pro Dryer 2000, concentrating on the roots. Flipping her head up, Vigi finished blowing out the hair in sections using an Ibiza round brush for added body. Once Gomez’s tresses were completely dry, Vigi applied a bit of the Frizz-Ease Secret Weapon Flawless Finishing Crème for extra shine with a blast of the Frizz-Ease Moisture Barrier Firm Hold Hairspray to keep flyaways from sprouting at the front of her face and along her part.
