Accent Your Phone with Help from Kate Moss

By  July 01, 2013

kate moss phoneSupermodel Kate Moss has worked on many a collaboration in the past — some which make sense, like her partnership with Topshop, and some that don’t, such as her custom sushi box for Sushi Shop.

Her latest venture walks the line between normal and obscure. As it turns out, the beauty is designing a line of phone accessories for UK phone dealer Carphone Warehouse. Details are shrouded, but the line is said to including “unique designs made out of leather and with charms attached, in [Moss's] personal style.”  She said of the collaboration, “My phone’s as much a part of my look as my bag or my shoes, and yet there’s so little choice out there. My whole approach was to treat this as any other fashion collaboration; I was heavily involved in the design process and loved seeing my vision come to life in the final product.”

Though we’re sure Moss is tied to her phone just like the rest of us, she stays far away from social media. It’s hardly a partnership we’d expect from the supermodel, yet we’re hardly complaining. Here’s hoping she’ll turn out a spectacular line of cases that elicit the same “must-have” attitude as her outfits do.
