GLAM.COM'S WICKED GETAWAY CONTEST 2007

OFFICIAL RULES
Important: Please read these rules before entering the online sweepstakes (the "Promotion"). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements in Section 1 below.

1. Eligibility. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN; PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. THE PROMOTION IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND WASHINGTON D.C., AGE 18 OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. IF YOU ARE NOT A RESIDENT OF THESE AREAS, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN A PRIZE, AND GLAM MEDIA, INC. ("SPONSOR") RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO AWARD PRIZES TO ENTRANTS WHO RESIDE IN OTHER JURISDICTIONS. To be eligible to win a prize, entries must be completed and received by Sponsor in the format designated below. The randomly selected winner must be available to travel to Los Angeles, California from April 6, 2007 to April 8, 2007, or will otherwise be disqualified. Directors, officers and employees of Sponsor, PopularMedia LLC ("PMLLC"), and any of their respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate families of each are not eligible to win a prize. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Offer void where prohibited.

2. Promotion Period. Promotion Period. The promotional period begins on or about 6:00 p.m. (all times PST) on January 30, 2007, and ends on or about 6:00 p.m. on March 1, 2007 (the "Promotional Period"). The Promotional Period consists of one (1) prize period. All entries must be received by the applicable Deadline to be eligible to win a prize.

3. How to Enter. You may enter the Promotion using either the Internet Method or the Mail-in Method.

(a) Internet Method. To enter the Promotion via the Internet, access the Glam.com website at http://www.glam.com/wicked. Register for membership on Glam.com by filling out your username, gender, e-mail address, password, and any other requested fields and follow the instructions at the Glam.com website. By becoming a registered member of Glam.com you incur no obligations other than your agreement to be bound by the Glam.com website Terms of Use and to receive e-mails from Glam.com. You may opt out of the receipt of such e-mail by following the directions in the e-mail and on the Glam.com website. Then complete the Glam.com Wicked Getaway registration form by entering the requested information including your first and last name, complete mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and date of birth. In addition, your computer must accept cookies, or any successor or similar technology (whether now known or hereafter devised or discovered) that may be used by Sponsor for the purpose of tracking entries into the Promotion.

Complete registration for the Promotion on Glam.com by filling out your first name, last name, e-mail address, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, and date of birth. In addition, your computer must accept cookies, or any successor or similar technology (whether now known or hereafter devised or discovered), that may be used by Sponsor for the purpose of tracking entries into the Promotion.

(b) Mail-in Method. To enter the Promotion via the U.S. mail, handprint your fullname, complete home address (including zip code), telephone number, date of birth, gender and e-mail address on a postcard in black or blue ink. Each postcard should be mailed to: Glam Media, Inc., Attn: Glam.com's Wicked Getaway, 8000 Marina Blvd. Suite 130, Brisbane, CA 94005. Entries become eligible beginning the day they are received.

(c) Generally. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the Glam.com website, any other attempt at Internet, e-mail or mail-in entry is void. By entering the Promotion, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other purposes. Entrants may not enter with multiple e-mail and/or multiple identities or use any other device or artifice to obtain more than the maximum number of entries. Any entrant who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail and/or multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to obtain more than the maximum number of entries may be disqualified. All entries received will be carried forward to the next Day. No participant can receive more than one (1) entry into the Promotion for the entire Promotional Period.

4. Eligibility and entries. To become eligible for the drawing, User must
• register with Glam.com, and
• register for the Promotion.

5. Rules. There will be one (1) Glam.com Wicked Getaway drawing. One (1) prize winner will be selected at random on March 2, 2007.

(a) Wicked Getaway Winner. There will be one (1) Glam.com Wicked Getaway drawing. One (1) prize winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received by Glam.com, to be held at PMLLC and conducted by PMLLC.
The potential Wicked Getaway Winner will be notified by phone within one (1) day of the Wicked Getaway drawing. To claim the prize, the potential Wicked Getaway Winner must follow the instructions contained in his or her notification and complete and fax a signed affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules and release of liability and all other documents required by Sponsor or PMLLC in connection with the Promotion (collectively, "Winner Documents") for verification within three (3) days from date of notification. If the potential Wicked Getaway Winner fails to return the Winner Documents by the due date, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential Wicked Getaway Winner is found not to be in compliance with these Official Rules or otherwise ineligible, then that potential Wicked Getaway Winner will be disqualified and another potential Wicked Getaway Winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received by Glam.com and the alternate potential Prize Winner will be notified by phone.

6. Disclaimer. Directors, officers and employees of Sponsor, PMLLC and any of their respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, or advertising and promotional agencies will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Promotion disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.

7. Prizes and Odds of Winning. There will be one (1) Wicked Getaway Winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

(a) Wicked Getaway Prize. There will be one (1) Wicked Getaway Prize awarded for the entire Promotional Period. The Wicked Getaway Prize winner will receive
• Roundtrip airfare for two (2) to Los Angeles, California (April 6-8, 2007),
• Two (2) nights at the hip Roosevelt Hotel,
• Two (2) tickets to the musical Wicked at Pantages Theatre,
• One (1) dinner for two (2) at a Los Angeles hot spot, and
• A Wicked Goody Bag.
Retail value of the Glam.com Wicked Getaway Prize is approximately $1500.00.

(b) Generally. All prizes are expressed in U.S. Dollars. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges of any prizes will be permitted. In the event of a dispute about the identity of the entrant, entries made online will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. An "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.

8. General Release. By entering the Promotion, you release Sponsor, PMLLC, participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, insurers, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

9. Use of Winner's Name, Likeness, etc. Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Promotion constitutes permission to use a winners' name, city and state of residence, likeness (i.e., photo or otherwise), prize information and/or a quote, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation. As a condition of being awarded any prize, except where prohibited by law, winners may be required to execute a consent to the use of their name, city and state of residence, likeness (i.e., photo or otherwise), prize information and/or a quote, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.

10. Affidavit & Release. As a condition of being awarded any prize, winners will be required to execute and deliver to Sponsor a signed affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules and release of liability.

11. Winners List; Rules Request. For the name of the Glam.com Wicked Getaway Prize Winners, send a stamped, self-addressed, business-size envelope after March 1, 2007 and before September 1, 2007 to Glam Media, Inc., Attn: Glam.com Wicked Getaway Winner, 8000 Marina Blvd., Suite 130, Brisbane, CA 94005. To obtain a copy of the contest rules, send a stamped, self-addressed business-size envelope to Glam Media, Inc., Attn: Glam.com Wicked Getaway Rules Request, 8000 Marina Blvd., Suite 130, Brisbane, CA 94005. Glam. Residents of VT may omit return postage.

13. Miscellaneous. The Promotion and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the State of California without regard to its choice of law principles to the contrary. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Promotion or any entrant's participation in the Promotion should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Promotion or Sponsor otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Promotion as planned. Entrants who violate these Official Rules, tamper with the operation of the Promotion or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Sponsor, the Promotion or any other entrant (in each case as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Promotion.
