The judges have spoken! Orean Collier of Chattanooga, Tennessee, has been named the winner of the Marie Claire and Glam.com Be Discovered: Design a Handbag competition. Orean will be flown to New York City, where she'll be a guest accessories editor for a day at Marie Claire magazine. Congratulations, Orean! Here's her winning handbag, the "Lillian."
