THE SHOW: Dennis Basso

THE HAIR: Jay Ree and the rest of the stylist from John Barrett Salon sculpted chic chignons, starting with a healthy dusting of the Shu Uemura Volume Maker to bulk up the strands. He created a small side part before pulling the hair back into a ponytail with a dab of John Barrett’s Bee Hold Styling Balm. The tail was then tucked under the hair elastic and then looped and pinned around the bun for extra dimension with Ree sealing the style with a spritz of the Shu Uemura Sheer Lacquer Spray.

THE MAKEUP: Kabuki opted for classic elegance with Make Up For Ever’s Mat Velvet + Mattifying Foundation, adding radiance to the complexion with Laura Mercier’s Secret Brightener. In lieu of blush, he dappled the cheeks with Marc Jacobs Beauty Love Marc Lip Gel in Strange Magic and used the same hue on the lips. For the eyes, he dusted the Mac Jacobs Beauty Style Eye-Con No. 7 Plush Shadow in The Lolita before layering Hourglass’ Script Precision Liquid Liner and Tarte EmphasEYES Waterproof Clay Shadow/Liner in Black for a classic cat eye. With a few swipes of Dior’s Diorshow Iconic Overcurl Mascara and a bumped up brow from Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Gel, they were ready to hit the runway.

THE MANI: Basso had his nail team skip the plain polish for a set of Incoco nail wraps in Wine Tasting.
