The Show: Jen Kao
The Hair: The super-long hairdo’s at Jen Kao were reminiscent of the ’70s. Lead hairstylist for Bumble and Bumble James Pecis braided 90% of models’ hair and added 24-inch extensions to all of their heads. The smooth style was achieved by adding a center part and finished off with Bumble and Bumble Straight and a flatiron.
The Makeup: Lead makeup artist Yadim for MAC Cosmetics focused on an “modern cool” makeup look. He used MAC’s Face and Body foundation and brushed a taupe blush on the eyes and cheeks to sculpt the face. To make the eyes pop, MAC’s Lily White pigment was dotted on the center of the eyelids and in the corners of the eyes. MAC Cream Colour Base in pearl on the cupid’s bow, bridge of the nose and chin made skin look dewey and glowing. To finish off the look, models’ eyelashes were curled and left bare.
The Nails: The clean, natural-looking nail look was created using Morgan Taylor Lacquer in “In The Nude” and “Matte’s A Wrap.” Nail expert Danielle Candido wanted the nails to simply disappear against the skin.
