Beyoncé, Salma Hayek, and Gucci’s creative director, Frida Giannini are proving girls do run the world!

The trio of moms have come together to create Chime for Change, an organization that seeks to strengthen the voices of women worldwide by funding education, healthcare services, and legal aide.

In a blog post on The Huffington Post, Giannini aims to “bring people face to face not just with the issues confronting girls and women around the world, but also with the and opportunities they need to overcome them.” She also noted that a little goes a long way, including: $50 to provide vocational training for a girl in India; $200 can train a mentor to help refugees acclimate to American life; and $8,000 can build a water system to provide clean local water for women in Ethiopia. With these powerful women raising their voices, it won’t be too long before every girl can globally.
