Celeb style, here we come! Draya Michelle’s adorable black and white striped parrot sweater is only $38.99. That’s right, under $40! Budget babes, rejoice! But not for too long; the pullover isn’t likely to stay on the shelves now that Draya’s Instagram picture, in which she’s rocking the piece, has made its rounds.
