Are you pro-UGG or no-UGG?

I realize that there has been fierce debate about this and I have to say that I don't get it. I've always liked UGGs just fine. I have wide, size 10 feet so I wear boots all the time in the fall and winter and I have logged many a Manhattan mile in my UGGs. In style or not, they work for me. After all, it's not like we're not talking Crocs here which, as far as I'm concerned, should be burned on sight.

If you're Pro-UGG like me, you can check out Nordstrom's online trunk show through July 13 and pre-order a pair or two now for August delivery. You can always deal with the naysayers later...

You Can Wear It With Jeans: Kenneth Cole Reaction T-Strap Sandals

A couple weeks ago Nichelle and I were shopping in Nordstrom and found ourselves in the middle of a shoe sale. I needed a pair of black pumps (Ok, more like wanted) but in the end I tried on one pair of black pumps and walked out with five pairs of shoes (Ok - how did that happen? If there is a cure for this.I want it!!!!

Well one of the (cough) five were these very cute and very red T-strap sandals by Max Studio. I wanted to click my heels three times and whisper theres no place l like Nordstrom! These shoes are as comfortable as they are cute. I had no idea the heels were 4-inches (and I thought I couldnt wear a heel over three... Hmmm). Since they were on sale there is a chance they may no longer be available at Nordstrom so I wanted to share these really cute Kenneth Cole Reaction T-Strap Satin Sandals that are just as cute and have a lightly padded sole.

Secret Weapon: Peter Thomas Roth Continuous Sunscreen Mist SPF 30

Yes, another Peter Thomas Roth "Secret Weapon". The minute Peter Thomas Roth stops being so fabulous, I will stop!

Now honestly, calling Peter Thomas Roth's Continuous Sunscreen Mist my "secret weapon" is not entirely accurate because I am VERY public with this. I have been known to duck into a corner while walking down the street to give myself a spritz if I've been out in the sun long enough. It's almost as bad as my hair mascara habit but I really have no shame with it because it's not like I care what strangers on the streets of Manhattan think. They've seen worse!

I love this sunscreen mist because I can see the light coating go on and then disappear before my eyes into a light sheen which give my arms and legs have a nice little glow. It also has a nice non-sunscreen-ish scent that does not disrupt my Dolce & Gabbana even for a minute.

I'd love to spray it on my face but it's not a good idea (contact lenses, common sense...)

The Brows Have It

Ok, so I wasnt blessed with full brows but over the years I have mastered the art of the illusion - the perfect excuse to give Anastasias line a try. After all she is the brow guru right?

So let me first sayI love the brow gel because my brows do not move. It lays my brows down like a hit by Mike Tyson!

Now, the tweezer is a keeper. It is so precise and the slanted tip grabs the smallest hairs and it's pink...how cute! Changing my eyebrow pencil? That was difficult, so I put Anastasia's Brow Wiz Pencil (in brunette) to the ultimate test the gym! I worked out and ran to the mirror to check my brows..still there..looking goodIm pleased. The best part is that the brow fix is so slim it helps me create the best illusion possible. The brow kit comes in a very cute zipper case and has stincils (4 shapes) for those who need a little assistance creating a shape.

NextIm going to try the Brow Enhancing Serum which claims to help promote fuller browswill report back at a later date with my results.
