How exactly did Nick Lachey manage to squeeze himself between two of the biggest douches (albeit..cute douches..well Wilmer at least) in Hollywood? Well it seems that Nick Lachey and Wilmer Valderamma are not only buddies, but now are also co-owners of Vegas’ newest restaurant, “The Company”. Criss Angel was just there for the free food…and to show off his ridiculous riDONKulous bling.
