British actress Gemma Arterton is the new Bond girl for the upcoming James Bond film titled Bond 22.

British newcomer Gemma Arterton has joined the ranks of Famke Janssen, Honor Blackman, and Ursula Andress as the new Bond girl in the next installment of the James Bond franchise. Arterton will play Fields in the Marc Forster-directed movie, which has the working title of Bond 22 and is currently filming in London for Columbia and MGM for a Nov. 7 release.

Arterton has appeared in less than five films, all small, and is about to experience new found fame with being selected as the new Bond Girl.

Daniel Craig will star once again as James Bond.
