Thank heavens for Proenza Schouler! I know I wasn't the only one feeling that New York Fashion Week got off to a bit of a lacklustre start, but things are on the up if the Proenza Schouler show is anything to go by. Starting off with military-inspired belted waistcoats over short full skirts and moving on to tribal prints, heavy fabrics and dramatic gold dresses, this was a really beautiful collection that will no doubt have the high street copycats already working on their homages...
