For you J.J. Abrams fans out there that can’t get enough of Cloverfield, the monster, or digging into the hidden secrets from the movie get ready for the sequel. According to sources Paramount is already in talk to bring the beats back to the big screen.
Matt Reeves is in early talks with Paramount to direct a Cloverfield sequel, and, as was previously announced, he has also made a deal with GreeneStreet Films to direct The Invisible Woman.

A sequel could mean big money and great build up press for the studio. Cloverfield rumor sites are sprining up all over the net and conspiracy theorists are trying to dig deeper into the monster mystery. A sequel will miss out on some of the viral marketing the original enjoyed, but a good story could make for a very fun sequel.
