Jessica Simpson⿿s ex-husband Nick Lachey has proposed to his girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo, according to press reports. The engagement comes just over a year after Lachey, 33, and Simpson, 26, announced they were divorcing. A source tells American publication the National Enquirer, ⿿They⿿re moving forward with plans for an April 2007 wedding. ⿿Since they both love Baja, Mexico, it will probably happen south of the border, where they first fell in love.⿿ The couple were first photographed together on a romantic holiday in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico last June.
