Is Paris in the dog house with Animal Services?
L.A. Animal Services are investigating PARIS HILTON after receiving complaints from rescue groups because the heiress told ELLEN DeGENERES that she owns 17 dogs.
In Los Angeles, an individual must be a registered breeder to own more than three dogs.
According to Animal Services, their task force went to speak with her, only to find her home under construction. Without any animals present on the scene, there were no violations to note. However, they said they plan to follow-up with Paris and are looking to speak with her or her reps.
