ET confirms that DAVID HASSELHOFF and his ex-wife, PAMELA BACH, have officially come to a resolution in their long-running divorce proceedings.
The former couple, who split back in 2006, will have joint custody of their two daughters, TAYLOR and HAYLEY. An undisclosed agreement was also reached in terms of spousal and child support.
They have also agreed to sell the house they once shared in Encino, CA.
