The "Hannah Montana" star, Harrison Ford, Vanessa Williams and Ellen Page sit in the hot seat for "The Barbara Walters Special."

Teen queen MILEY CYRUS is among the celebs sitting down with BARBARA WALTERS for the 27th Oscar edition of her famous awards-show chat-fest, "The Barbara Walters Special," and we have your sneak peek.

Miley, known to her millions of pre-teen fans as Hannah Montana, comments on the public pressure to be perfect, saying: "I've been put in the position where, you know, there's cameras around all the time and ... it's like you can't escape, you know, the press. And you can't escape the world that you live in. It's hard because I'm young, you know, to be out with my friends and just be like, 'Oh, you know, there's someone snapping pictures.' And I can't just, you know, be stupid and just run around and just act like a kid, you know, and go around and, you know, eat pizza and just be silly."

Also sitting on Barbara's couch are Academy Award nominee ELLEN PAGE ('Juno'), superstar HARRISON FORD and Emmy Award nominee VANESSA WILLIAMS, who talks about her common ground with looks-obsessed "Ugly Betty" character Wilhelmina Slater. Botox, perhaps?
