Coinciding with the fifth anniversary of the start of the Iraq war, RYAN PHILLIPPE premiered his contemporary war drama 'Stop-Loss' in Hollywood Monday night -- and ET was there!
In theaters everywhere March 28, 'Stop-Loss' finds Ryan as a decorated Iraq war hero who tries to resume the life he left behind in his small Texas hometown when his tour of duty ends. Slowly adjusting back to civilian life, he finds himself ordered back to the front lines. Reluctant to leave, he begins to question his patriotism and finds his life and relationships with family and friends turned upside down.
Directed by KIMBERLY PEIRCE ('Boys Don't Cry'), 'Stop-Loss' also stars JOSEPH GORDON-LEVITT, ABBIE CORNISH, CHANNING TATUM and CIARAN HINDS.
