Us Magazine has learned exclusively that Aniston is closing a deal with
Glaceau, the makers of smartwater, to be the face of its next worldwide advertising campaign. Aniston, who over the years has appeared in ads for everything from Heineken beer to Lynx deodorant, is expected to appear in ads for smartwater, an "electrolyte enhanced" drink with the slogan "water that's the envy of all water." Says a source close to the deal, "Jen has a clean image and that's smartwater's whole image, so she's perfect for it."
I totally believe this rumour. Since
I, and others, posted pictures of Jen with a bottle countless times a over the last month, I had noticed some readers had found my site by googling Aniston and smartwater. At least a couple dozen times. Glaceau obviously caught wind of this. Or Aniston's people contacted their people about all the free publicity they were getting. I hope she can put the bottle down once in awhile.
And ya, it may just be water, but damn it tastes good.
