Hi all,
The famous Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition was released yesterday. The much coveted cover was not given to the usual model this year- instead Beyonce Knowles, musician and actress extraordinaire, grins beguilingly in a House of Dereon swimsuit! Beyonce and Tyra Banks are the only African-American women to appear on the cover of the iconic magazine.
This year Sports Illustrated decided to try a music issue complete with males. Among the lucky guys are Kenny Chesney, Aerosmith, and Kayne West.
Also , as a woman, I think it is important to point out that a lovely curvy woman made it onto the cover- so all in all great job Sports Illustrated!
