Just in time for Friday the 13th, M. Night Shyamalan’s The Happening hits theaters. Early reviews aren’t all that impressive, but I’ll check it out and report back. Encounters at the End of the World (limited). Werner Herzog (Grizzly Man) travels to Antarctica to document one of the most remote locations on Earth.
Baghead (limited). Ok, if you were being terrorized by a man with a bag on his head, don’t you think you’d have the upper hand? Not so for four aspiring actors who go on a remote retreat to pen a script.
Quid Pro Quo (limited). Wheelchair-bound Nick Stahl wants to walk again, which makes a strange cult of folks who WANT to be disabled seem that much stranger.
