“Prom Night” hits theaters this Friday, April 11, 2008. It’s a remake of the 1980 classic slasher movie starring Jamie Lee Curtis and directed by Paul Lynch.
It tells the story of Donna (Brittany Snow), who, like most teenagers, is expecting her prom night to be the greatest night of her entire life. Little does she know that she and her friends will be stalked by a serial killer in the suite of hotel rooms they’ve rented for the night.
Directed by Nelson McCormick and written by J.S. Cardone, this movie also stars Scott Porter, Jessica Stroup, Dana Davis, Collins Pennie, and Kelly Blatz. It’s rated PG-13 for violence and terror, some sexual material, underage drinking, and language. Check out the official site for Prom Night. Even with just a PG-13 rating, it looks pretty darn scary.
