The Warnaco Group, Inc. has reached an agreement with Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation with for new and extended long-term licenses for several Calvin Klein properties, expanding its portfolio in the brand reports Reuters

Warnaco will transfer shares of Confezioni Moda Italia S.r.l. , and make a payment of $38.5 million, to PVH's Calvin Klein, Inc. (CKI) subsidiary. The acquisiton means that CKI will regain complete control over the Calvin Klein collection business. The transaction is targeted to close in mid-January 2008.
