Two weeks after his death, a toxicology report has finally been finished in regards to Heath Ledger’s death. The Medical examiner says the case of death was “acute toxicology” which came from a mix of medication, including sleeping pills, anti anxiety medication and sedatives. His death was also ruled accidental.
