I've been trying to condense all of the Anna Nicole Smith news into as few posts as possible. I know it's everywhere, and a lot of people are tired of it.Here is the latest: Attorney/husband of Anna Nicole, Howard K. Stern was named the executor of her will. She did have a will, but it had not been updated after her son's death. Thus, her assets were to go to him, and a provision had not yet been made for her daughter. Smith and Stern had plans to officially marry (they had a previous commitment ceremony) later this month. MSNBC is also reporting that Smith had recently had surgery, likely plastic surgery. This development could explain why Smith was traveling with a nurse. Further, it has been reported that her previous addictions to painkillers had caused her tolerance to be high, and there is a chance she might have accidentally overdosed trying to numb the pain from surgery. I speculated the other day that perhaps she had an infection due to surgery, explaining the fever? Depending on how bad it was, it could have been a contributing factor in her death. Baby Dannielynn was in the care of Howard K. Stern's family in the Bahamas. Howard K. Stern has now returned to the Bahamas to be with the little girl. He, Larry Birkhead, and Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband still all claim they are the father. Anna Nicole Smith's sister, Donna Hogan, thinks that baby Dannielynn's father is actually the late J. Howard Marshall, the late billionaire Anna married in the 90's. Thanks to modern science, she thinks Marshall's sperm was frozen, and then Anna was inseminated, undoubtedly leaving the baby girl the half billion dollar fortune. That would have been absolutely clever on Anna's part. Further, it is speculated that Stern knew of this, and that's why he has claimed to be the father. He would have married Anna and adopted the baby. And lastly, Anna's mother has been in the Bahamas exploring her rights in the child custody case of Dannielynn. However, considering Anna's estrangement from her family, I'm not sure this is what she would have wanted.
