Ali Larter’s workout To get her engine started for her morning jog, Ali listens to Drive: Nike+ Original Run by the Crystal Method. A continuous 45-minute mix of 10 techno tunes, it was created by the electronic music duo exclusively for Nike to give joggers a boost with their workout routines.
“I’m obsessed with it,” says Ali. “It really gets me in the groove, and it forces me to keep up with the pace of the music. I’ve tried listening to other things, but this is the only thing that works for me,” says Ali.
How long does Ali spend on exercise? Not much, 25-minute morning jogs three or four times a week is all she does, and it obviously works for her.
