
In my book November 1 marks the beginning of the holiday season, which means it’s time to stock up on a few festive cocktail recipes that will wow guests at last-minute fetes or elaborately planned parties. This one requires minimal effort, looks chic, and includes oh-so-trendy pomegranate juice in its freshest new formimported dessert wine.
Pomegranate Sparkler
Serves 1
1 part Rimon Dessert Wine
3 parts sparkling wine
pomegranate seeds for garnish
Combine chilled Rimon and sparkling wine in a champagne flute, juice glass, or any other container that holds liquid and looks fun. Add a few pomegranate seeds, and serve with a smile.
