Heidi Montag, the horsey of “The Hills,” told UsWeekly that she’s planning to record a Christian album (praise the Lord). The “non-denominational Baptist” claiming she reads the Bible all the time.  Really? She said, “I have been the most religious person since I was 2 years old. I always felt this crazy connection to God.”

It gets better.  The great (and by ⿿great⿿ we mean ⿿annoying⿿) poser said that she once planned to devote her life to missionary work in Africa. She will travel there this August with Spencer to “feed children and help build things.” In related news, Africa has just announced they are closing their borders effective immediately.  Sadly we’re pretty sure if Heidi and Spencer do go to Africa there will certainly be a camera crew following the publicity hounds around as they find the best places to pose.

And staying on this religious tangent, Heidi compared herself to Jesus when talking about spreading the rumors about Lauren Conrad’s sex tape, “God knows the truth in all of this, and at the end of the day, that is the only thing that matters. Jesus was persecuted, and I’m going to get persecuted, ya know?“

Staying with Heidi’s religious theme we hope “she reap, what she has sowed”.
