It looks like Nicky Hilton’s TV producer boyfriend David Katzenberg is planning to propose to her during a family Christmas in Hawaii!! The pair has been dating for a year and it looks like their ready to take their relationship to a new level.
A source tells Star magazine, “David is planning to propose while they’re in Hawaii at the Hilton mansion. David already asked her parents for her hand in marriage at a recent family dinner.”
This would be the 2nd marriage for Nicky Hilton. In 2004, Nicky wed family friend and New York businessman, Todd Meister. However, the union was annulled just three months later.
