Cops were called to Britney Spears home in Beverly Hills Thursday evening after she reportedly refused to return custody of her two kids back over to their father’s bodyguard.   The pop star was due to turn over Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, at 7 p.m. PST.  Cops found Britney at her home under the influence of an “unknown substance.” Britney was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.  We’re told as she was brought out of the ambulance, she flipped off the waiting paparazzi.  The troubled 26-year-old is on a 72-hour hold at the hospital, reportedly under suicide watch. She is getting a psychiatric evaluation and is being drug tested.  Some reports say two ambulances left Britney’s house bound for Cedars-Sinai Medical Center — one transporting Britney, the other had two-year-old Jayden James in it!

If nothing else this could be the end of visitation rights for Britney. L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon laid down the law for Britney, mandating that she and K-Fed be drug- and alcohol-free while they have physical custody of the children. Depending on what Brit was under the influence of, K-Daddy’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan could go back into the court and immediately ask the judge to strip Britney of visitation rights.
