Britney Spears is sedated and resting in the psychiatric unit at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. A family insider says that the singer requested that no visitors be admitted and her doctors agreed. According to reports Jayden James, was not injured during the standoff at Britney’s house Thursday night and the bruise rumor is not valid. Jayden allegedly was taken to the hospital purely for “preventative reasons.”
