She’ll be turning 50 next April, but when it comes to aging, Michelle Pfeiffer has a pretty laid-back attitude. “I don’t think about it,” she says. “There’s no way to stop it, so why try?”
Of course, her down-to-earth take might have something to do with the fact that she still looks fabulous. “It’s no big secret,” Michelle says about aging gracefully. ”
You eat well, exercise and get a lot of sleep.” And she also indulges occasionally. “At this age, I’ll say, ‘What the hell’ and eat a Krispy Kreme!”
So you have a big sweet tooth. No â?? actually, my thing is crunchy, salty Food. I love chips, salsa and guacamole.
Do you work out a lot? I do pay for eating that stuff! I used to be a long-distance runner, but now I’m more into sprints with some hiking and Pilates.
How do you feel about all of the skinny stars in Hollywood these days? The truth is, I think women do it to each other. I don’t think men want women to have grotesque plastic surgery or be undernourished and bony.
Youâ??re against plastic surgery? You can have as many surgeries as you want, but you’re still getting older. [via]
