You might be aware of lovely blogger
Kristopher Dukes, who informed me of this development. ThisNext organizes "shopcasts", and acts as the Flickr or last.fm of products. I've seen attempts at this before, but ThisNext is actually attractive, in addition to being well-designed and fun to browse.
I haven't made a shopcast myself, but after I finish my current freelance piece and get my now self-determined time into some sort of schedule, maybe I will. For now, check out
