I know I addressed this topic before, but the situation deserves more discussion as the heat rises in New Jersey's witness protection problem. Few citizens are brave enough to take the stand out of fear of retaliation, resulting in murderers, and other serious crime offenders being set free. Has the 'code of the streets' done more harm than good to the Black and Brown community, and what can we do to protect our own without glamorizing the stop snitching trend?
