The couple, who dated for 10 months, reportedly had a heated fight early Saturday morning, reported the U.K.s Daily Mirror.
Just hours later, Jamie was packing his things and moving stuff out of her house. By the afternoon, most of it had gone, the source told the paper.
Rumors recently swirled the happy couple were engaged, but The Kills singer and supermodel denied reports there was an upcoming wedding.
The pair began dating last summer, after the supermodel, 34, split from Pete Doherty.
A rep for the model told CelebTV.com that they dont comment on clients personal lives.
