Mischa Barton’s management team has pulled her from her hosting duties at tonight’s opening of the Luxor CatHouse in Las Vegas:

"Mischa can’t give interviews on the red carpet or deal with the press right now," said a Vegas source, "so they told her she can’t do the event."

That was probably a smart move, though a hard one. In these situations, she can either put on a brave face, keep quiet, and move on like it didn’t happen, or she can wait for some time to pass before making her reappearance.
