Isla on setShe has a hit film out, an adorable baby, the lead role in "Confessions of a Shopaholic," and her fiance is Borat. Anyway, the book the movie is based on is supposedly very funny but right now it looks like Isla is a guest-star on Cashmere Mafia. Do people seriously dress like that? Don't get me wrong. I live in New York City and of course extremely rich people do live here and do dress up but this outfit is almost caricaturish. But look how cute baby Olive is!
