Michelle MonaghanMichelle Monaghan is one of those actresses who has very quietly risen in the Hollywood ranks and is now starring in a romantic comedy co-starring McDreamy himself (he also goes by Patrick Dempsey.) I remember when Michelle first did a guest spot on the little known show Young Americans which was a spin-off of Dawson's Creek. The show is also known for being Kate Bosworth's (and Katherine Moening who plays the mannish Jake on The L-Word) first major gig. She had a recurring role as a teacher on the show Boston Public but frankly who didn't have a recurring role as a teacher on Boston Public. She was also in The Bourne Supremacy and Mr. & Mrs.Smith but it was her role in the film Kiss Kiss Bang Bang that really got her noticed. Then she went on to starring roles in North Country and Mission Impossible 3 (as Crazy's wife). This fall she was in Gone Baby Gone and The Heartbreak Kid and in February she will be in Made of Honor in which Patrick Dempsey plays her maid of honor ( I just don't know. I am sure it is cute though.) And she is currently working on the thriller Eagle Eye with the amazingly talented Shia Labeouf.
