
According to the latest In-Touch Weekly, Lauren Conrad has lost 10 pounds and toned up a bit in the process. (I apologize for not being able to scan the article in, as I do not have my scanner with me at the moment).
Anyway, the diet that Lauren Conrad is supposedly on sounds like every other diet that these tabloids publish. It consists of a lot of protein, 3 meals a day and 3 healthy snacks.
A typical menu for Lauren consists of:
Breakfast - Whole wheat toast and peanut-butter
Lunch - a Protein shake
Dinner - Lean fish and steamed veggies
Snacks - almonds and apples
Sound familiar? If not, check out these pages. It is the same diet over and over and over… however, it does sound healthy to me.
For exercise, Lauren says that she loves working out. She goes for hikes in the morning, does lunges, squats, push-ups, pull-ups and free weights.
Lauren also has no desire to be “model-skinny”:
“On a runway it looks better to be thin, but I have no plans to ever walk down one. I’m happy with my curves. It was never about getting thin for me. I just wanted to get more toned.”
(That’s what they all say)!
