So sad. I really tried to pretend that I wasnt, but after a full day with the kid, my legs felt like jelly, I had to admit itIm down for the count. And why? Well, first, because someone who may or may not be three may or may not have their finger in their nose all the time, inserting viruses and bacteria and coughing them in my face like the antithesis of a surgical mask every ten seconds; but second, my immunity is shot from eating like crap for four years.
The other day I decided it was time for a nice ginger-garlic stir fry. I got a little too excited and ate all the ginger and garlic at the bottom of the pan and the digestive problems are still happening. Dont ask. If youre out of practice or new, go slow.

I keep craving soup. If you are Japanese, you will know that Miso Soup saves lives. Joking, but its incredibly healthful since there is seaweed and soy in there (two different kinds of each) and Ive been craving that and a big bouillabaisse-type soup lately. I need to
, though because nobody makes food for me as well as I do. The Japanese supposedly eat this every day and they are not old or fat, ever.
Practically speaking, I steamed with this guy right here, Thursday Plantation Eucalyptus Steam. I felt better instantly. Or, at least I could breathe.
Of course, I step up my Esther C - thats chewable vitamin C with bioflavinoids that help your body absorb the vitamin C and buffer it so it doesnt hurt your tummy. And I forgot to take my Astragalus/Echineacea and Goldenseal tincture combo, 10 drops each in water followed by 3 chewable vitamin Cs. Please dont medicate yourself unless you talk to your health practitioner.
Finally, what I really want is some lavender tea. And some rose tea. Will that make me feel better? Sure, calmer, softer, more romantic. And I need a little of that so I dont get sick as often.
