It's a little on the frilly side, but I kinda like that about this dress - it's over-the-top glamourous...on purpose! It kinda reminds me of the whole "if you got it, flaunt it" saying. Oh, and ladies, do be on the lookout for lots of "tough chic" on the Fall 2007 runways...this is a great example, IMO.
