A few months ago we announced our partnership with Google to offer ad services to Glam publishers. As part of our continued efforts to offer you the best revenue-generation opportunities available in the market and maximize the value of your sites, this new offering includes contextual ads, as well as a new search widget and search ads all at very favorable terms.
To date, a number of partners have chosen to take advantage of these Google ad services, and many others are in discussions to do so. We wanted to make sure all of our partners are aware of the benefits of this offering and answer some of the most common questions we've heard:
What are the benefits to taking these services via Glam?
- If you don't already have Google ads or other contextual and search ads, these ad services will generate additional revenue for your site
- If you already have Google ads or other contextual and search ads, we can offer you very favorable revenue share on Google services, as a premium publisher
- Free site search and vertical web search using Glam and Google search functionality at NO COST
How long will it take for me to get Google ads once I sign the contract addendum?
Once the contract addendum is signed for Google services, it will take anywhere from 30 - 60 days to go live with the new Google services. This includes time for deploying the simple ad code and/or search code which Glam will provide. You do not need to remove your current code during this process.
How can I sign up?
1) Login to your Glam Insider account.
2) Under the Accounts section on the left navigation bar, click the Contextual Ads Sign-Up link.
3) Follow the prompts through the simple three-step sign up process. It's that easy!!!!
