Good morning, you gorgeous Snarkarinos! It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood, and I’ve lost almost five pounds this week on a little thing I like to call the “Fed Up With How Fat I Am” diet. Basically, it works like this: everytime you think of eating something you shouldn’t, you shame/humiliate/degrade yourself into eating something else - usually something utterly boring like fiber, or veg, or low-fat granola bars that taste like mouth scrapings. Watch out, Jenny Craig!
