My mom loves to eat, almost as much as I do! And if I could, I’d make my mamasita a yummy brunch for Mother’s Day! Here are some awesome recipes I found on MarthaStewart.com that I’d love to try for a very special occasion.

Baked French Toast with Raspberry Sauce is an essential for any special occasion brunch. The recipe is totally up my alley - you can prep the night before and make it the very next morning, which means I don’t have to spend all morning cooking!

One dish that is synonymous with Mom and my childhood was warm banana bread with Häagen-Dazs Rum Raisin ice cream - YUM! Why not modernize what I consider a classic for her and make Banana-Raisin Bread Pudding? Only I’d kick it up a notch and add some run into the recipe to give it that nostalgic touch.
Any meal wouldn’t be complete without a few drink recipes now would it? Juice up a concoction of apricot and grapefruit as a nice alternative to the hum-drum orange or apple juice with brunch.

Or, if your mom is like mine and doesn’t mind a light cocktail, try making an easy, refreshing punch with Crystal Light Citrus Splash mix, club soda and vodka - Grey Goose, please.
Enjoy these recipes and make a wonderful Mother’s Day brunch to celebrate the most important woman in your life - Mom!
