She may be deceased in her new movie 'Over Her Dead Body,' but EVA LONGORIA PARKER was alive and well at the comedy's Los Angeles premiere Tuesday night -- and "The Insider" joined the sexy star on the red carpet.

Eva's 'Desperate' cast mates NICOLLETTE SHERIDAN, FELICITY HUFFMAN, BRENDA STRONG and ANDREA BOWEN all walked down the red carpet to show their support.

In the film, which opens in theaters February 1, Eva plays Kate, who, after dying on her wedding day, decides to haunt the woman with whom her fiance (PAUL RUDD) begins a romance.
