Being the smart business man that he is, he filed for a formal child support order to curb the growing requests from his ex, Shaniqua Tompkins that reached upwards of $50,000. The order slashed the verbal offer from Curtis of $25,000 per month to $6700, with the stipulation that part of the monthly support be used to find a new residence.
There are legal holes all through this mess, because there is no lease agreement in place which means she's not a tenant, she also claims that the house was promised to her, plus she just filed a counter-suit.
