After a long battle with kidney cancer, Denise Richards’ mom, Joni, died this week.
Reps for the “Wild Things” star confirmed the sad news. The family stayed at her mother Joni⿿s side the last two weeks of her life at a hospital in Long Beach, California.
Denise has endured a tumultuous family life, having been involved in a contentious custody battle with ex-husband Charlie Sheen, ever since they divorced last year. And she has stated that “Life is to short and she just wants too be happy.”
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family. I hope Denise’s daughters Lola and Sam can bring her comfort during this sad time.
