HilaryHilary Duff strutted her stuff at the Premios MTV Latinoamrica (the Latin American MTV Video Awards) at Mexico City's Palacio de los Deportes. I don't think Hilary has any Latino blood in her but I know she likes Mexican food because she made it once on her two day reality special. So maybe she just went down to get some food and decided to sing the only song she sings from her album because the rest were crap but this one is slightly less crappy.
