Hot as its color might be, there’s nothing really special about the Balenciaga Bolt Trim Purse. The ultra-boxy shape is a little too plain for me, a feature not even the slightly textured bottom can rescue. A small zippered pocket, accented by a B logo emblem, sits on the front. It’s not enough detail to give this handbag the oomph it so desperately needs. What does this prove? Even Balenciaga can’t get it right every time. Available for $1490 at Browns Fashion.
