Cynthia Rowley has been on the circuit for awhile, most notably being referred to in a Sex & the City episode where Charlotte’s gay straight boyfriend asks her, “Is that dress Cynthia Rowley?” Whimsical and feminine, Cynthia’s designs are always on point with her quirky personality. The Hilary Patent Tote is a nice handbag, but it’s a little regular. The top handle style is good for the office or the weekend, but I’m growing sick of gold hardware. It’s everywhere!
